November Special Events. Children’s Day – Aruppukottai – 14.11.2022
On 14.11.2022 Children’s Day was celebrated at Aviyur Government High School near Kariyapatti in collaboration with the Aruppukkottai Child Line Project of Madurai Multipurpose Social Service Society. Mrs. Dhanalakshmi, the Panchayat President presided over the function. Fr. Gabriel, MMSSS Secretary inaugurated the function. Children played traditional Tamil cultural games. They helped for Children’s physical and mental development. A pledge was taken to promote the personality development of children and propagate children’s rights. Sub-Inspector of Police, Assistant Secretaries of MMSSS, Police Constable of Aviyur, School Headmaster. District Coordinator of Child Line and Regional staff were present at the function.
